The first Garden meeting was a success! We had an intimate crowd that met in an eclectic and inviting meeting room in the back of Cafe 407.  An extra hot, skim, spiced Chai may also have made an appearance making my night complete. Here is an outline of what was discussed at the meeting for those who were unable to attend!

Any piece of land gardened by a group of people.

Season: Planting begins Memorial Day weekend
Suggested Donation: $25 dollars for a 12x12 plot. $40 dollars for an extended plot (12x20)
Responsibility:
5 hours of service in community garden/ Ophelia’s Place (1hr/month)
Make an effort to keep plants inside plot
Provide own tools and seed
